RRB Exam Eligibility – JE 2023
Candidates must go through the RRB JE eligibility criteria carefully while filling the application for the RRB JE. The salient points regarding the RRB Junior Engineer eligibility are as follows:
- The minimum age required to apply for RRB JE Recruitment is 18 years.
- Only those candidates who have a background in engineering can apply for the exam.
- A candidate must pass a Medical Test conducted by the Railway Recruitment Board.

RRB JE Eligibility – Nationality
As per the RRB Exam eligibility regarding nationality, a candidate must belong to the following categories:
- A citizen of India
- A subject of Nepal
- A subject of Bhutan
- A Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 to permanently settle in India
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with to permanently settle in India.

The JE eligibility conditions set for lower and upper age limit for different categories is highlighted in the table given below-
